Multi-Step Approval Workflows

Now you can add approval steps to new and existing Panels, perfect if you need to create an approval chain with people or departments etc.

Set Required Responses

Set how many members need to approve or decline a request within a group. Great if you have a group of people with equal approval rights like an Admin team.

My Pending Folder

This new folder only shows the requests you personally have not yet responded to, making it really easy to manage your workload.

Turn on/off Email notifications

Use this to stop receiving auto emailed requests, handy if you get a lot of requests and don’t want them clogging your inbox. 

New Panel Owner Role

Panel Owners now have the flexibility to create workflows and choose if they want to be part of the approval process or not.

Xero Enhancements

+And Conditions

+And conditions allow really customised routing of approval workflows. For example; any Bills over X amount +And with the line item tracking option of 'Z' will be routed to Panel 'Y'.

Xero.json Files

This file provides the raw data from your Xero transaction that is not view-able from the PDF version. Meaning you don't have to login to Xero to check certain fields.

New Functionality - Multi-Step Approvals

When you need approval requests to move along a chain of different people or departments as they are approved.

We are really pleased to announce that you can now easily create workflows with the appropriate steps and approvers you require. Requests mapped to a multi-step approval workflow will automatically come into Approval Donkey and go through the sequence you have set up. This means approvers in the latter steps only receive an approval request when all the approvers in the preceding step have approved their part. Approval Donkey automatically keeps things moving along so you don’t have to, massively cutting down email trails and endless chasing of approvers.
